Greetings in the name of Christ,
I want to welcome and extend an invitation to each and every one to join us for in-person worship.
I am a native Texan who came to Delaware by way of several years in North Carolina. I obtained my BS in Christian Studies from Southern Christian. I have taken several courses at Duke Divinity School before obtaining my M.Div from Hood Theological Seminary.
I was born and raised Baptist before I made the voluntary move to the United Methodist Church.
I have been in full time active ministry since 2003. I began my ministry prior to completing my educational requirements that prepared me for my Ordination as an Elder in the Western North Carolina Conference of the UMC in 2014.
I have had the honor to serve in several collateral positions within the Methodist Church on the Conference and Jurisdictional levels with Ethnic Ministries, Evangelism, Communications, and Disaster Response.
I have also had additional training as a Hospital Clinical Chaplaincy, and in the area of Critical Incident Stress Management to assist those Emergency Responders with event related stress.
I am active with the Millville Fire Dept. and an EMT. Community service is very important to me.
My primary religious viewpoint comes from Historical Traditional Christian Values.
I feel blessed to have made this pastoral journey with my wife, Cindy, by my side. Together, I believe that we make a completely balanced ministry team filled with compassion, grace, hospitality and understanding.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions regarding our church and beliefs.
